Art began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 1982. Throughout the years he has built a team of experienced professionals to help him in keeping his commitment to provide the best possible service to his clients. He named his practice Turning Point Financial in 2016 out of his desire to be there for his clients through multiple generations. He specializes in complex financial planning including investment strategies and insurance, estate, and retirement planning.

Art graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University. He maintains securities Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 registrations and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Art also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification, Chartered Life Underwriter designation and Chartered Financial Consultant designation.

Ron began his career in financial planning in 2001. He meets with new and existing clients to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's specific needs. His primary focus is protecting his client's families through estate, education and retirement planning.

Ron graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. He holds Series 6, 7, 9, 10 and 63 investment licenses and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Ron also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification, Chartered Life Underwriter designation, Chartered Financial Consultant designation and the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation.

Ryan began his career as a Northwestern Mutual advisor in 2015. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Ryan was an Economic Research Analyst at The Federal Reserve. As an advisor Ryan works with families to visualize and plan for the future. He employs a planning experience that begins with an in-depth understanding of the clients’ goals and values and ends with guiding them to implement the steps needed to reach their goals.

Ryan currently resides in Washington Crossing, PA with his wife, Katie, and their three sons. Ryan and Katie enjoy spending time with family, traveling, gardening and doing small DIY home improvement projects. In his free time, Ryan serves as President of the Advisory Board for First Tee of Greater Philadelphia, an organization focused on youth development through the game of golf. Ryan enjoys golf, staying active, weekends in the garden and is an avid supporter of Arsenal FC in the English Premier League.

Lyn has been a key member of our team for more than 15 years. She runs the day to day operations of Turning Point Financial and ensures that we follow through on the commitments we make to our clients. She is dedicated to making sure client's needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Lyn is a graduate of Rowan University and maintains securities Series 6, 7 and 63 registrations and her Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Lyn also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification, the Chartered Life Underwriter designation and the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.

Chris joined Turning Point Financial in 2012. He previously worked in the Global Wealth Management Division of Merrill Lynch in Short Hills, NJ. As the Director of Investments, Chris manages our investment portfolios and oversees investment operations.

Chris currently resides in Yardley, PA with his wife, Alejandra, and their three children. They enjoy spending time with family, playing sports, traveling, cooking and being outside. Chris represented the USA Men’s National Soccer Team in the U-17 World Cup in 2003—he continues to play and follow the sport. He attended UNC Chapel Hill on a soccer scholarship, but after two season ending knee injuries transferred to and graduated from The Pennsylvania State University. He maintains securities Series 7 & 66 registrations and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance License. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM professional certification, the Chartered Life Underwriter designation, and the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.

Jean joined Northwestern Mutual in 2009. Prior to this, Jean worked in the equestrian industry doing commercial breeding work in partnership with a veterinary surgeon. Her focus is on holistic planning with individuals and families who are looking to build confidence and clarity about their financial future.

Jean currently resides in High Bridge, New Jersey with her husband, John. Their four children and five grandchildren are frequent visitors. In her spare time, Jean is a serious cook and enjoys gardening. She is a voracious reader of both fiction and non-fiction. She volunteers with I-AM-RECYCLING – a not-for-profit that works with children from urban areas to break the cycle of poverty and incarceration that is all too common there. Jean is active in her church where she is a long-time member of the choir.

Cynthia has over 30 years of trust and estate administration experience. She provides in depth service to our client's trust needs. She also meets with new and existing clients to help drive them toward their financial goals.

Cynthia is a graduate of Rider University and holds the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor and Chartered Advisor in Senior Living designations. She also maintains Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses and securities Series 7 and 63 registrations.

Ciara joined Northwestern Mutual in 2019, over the years moving from an internal operations focus to working directly with clients in an associate advisor role. Ciara works closely with our lead advisors on our team to meet the ongoing needs of our clients and their families. With a growing client base, Ciara is focused on providing support for the many generations to come.

Ciara earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2013 from Delaware Valley University and then went on to complete a Master’s in Business Administration in 2014 from Centenary University. Ciara resides in North New Jersey with her husband and two daughters. Having grown up at the Jersey Shore, they often spend the summers at the beach.

Tyler joined our team in July of 2022 with over a decade of successful sales experience. He works with the lead advisors on the team, meeting with clients to help them reach their financial goals.
 
Tyler maintains the FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 & SIE registrations and the Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses.

Jessica began her financial services career as an intern in 2015 and just joined our team this year. She helps the team in designing financial plans, and assists Chris in servicing our investment clients.

Jessica maintains the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and the Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

Melinda joined Northwestern Mutual in 2017 and brought years of experience in the insurance industry with her. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Psychology at The College of New Jersey. Her background has fueled her passion to work closely with families that seek to build financial security for both their present and future endeavors.

Melinda grew up in South Jersey, and currently resides in Chesterfield, NJ with her husband of 22 years and two children. Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends. Volunteering for charitable organizations that benefit children with Autism as well as families affected by cancer is high on her family’s list of priorities.
